Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 95 === Since the vehicle electron was developed flourishingly, EMC design has become a worldwide subject that electrical and electronic industries urgently must be solved and guarded against. The test facility is closely linked with the EMC design and certification. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test includes the electromagnetic interference (EMI) and the electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS). There are various EMS test methods for vehicle component, the basis of test, frequency bandwidth, power levels, fields and etc. or others. The purpose of this study will be international standard measurement for the TEM cell of EMS. The study will analyze the electromagnetic field distribution of the TEM cell and utilize Maxwell’s equations, the fundamental transmission line theory, the waveguide theory and the high-order modes was induced by EUT. The further study will discuss whether the test can conform to the standard in the diverse setup. The structure will be compared with simulation results by means of the numerical analytical software and HFSS which is based on the Finite Element Method. In order to discuss the possible effect, the study will obtain statistic numbers from simulate analysis and compared with experiment.
