Too with progress of science and technology, demand of knowledge promote day by day, how transform and become useful knowledge abundant digital contents these, it is a subject that is worth probing into. This text regards the Digital Archived Program of National Museum of Natural Sciences (NMNS) as the example done in fact, divided into three major goals: The basic key attribute of digital contents is classified, digital contents and elasticity making up knowledge use the category tree, and the expression way of knowledge. Pass the content administrative Contents Management System, the concepts of encapsulation , inheritance and polymorphism of Object Oriented , the attributes of setting up the metadata after adding digital contents to is defined, and the concept of ontology , sets up the database of the digit content first , and then utilize the Knowledge Lens to set up knowledge, use the Formal Concept Analysis to organize knowledge, then can express knowledge in way of the Virtual Document . Goal of this text to it hopes to be can foundation of knowledge from the past way Top-Down , can add the procedure Bottom-Up , that is to say that enables all members to participate in the setting-up course of knowledge, make foundation of knowledge and it defines to be only knowledge professional or thing of knowledge engineer again, all members are a one''s share of the administrative system of the knowledge, is knowledge provider and user too.
