However the arrangement of labor hours for the shift system is complicated and each company has it’s shift system based on the management purpose. If there is a reasonable shift system for a company which not only can remain the excellent employees, but also improve the competitiveness. In this study, we focus on the workers who work in the shop flow on the three shifts, and the objective will be achieved as the followings： 1. The satisfaction of the worker’s working-life quality under the three shifts. 2. The satisfaction of the worker’s sleeping quality under the three shifts. 3. The correlation between the quality of worker’s working-life and sleeping. In conclusions, the department, shift, martial status and residence in the variable items of persons have significant difference for the working-life quality and the other person variables have no significant difference. The department, martial status and residence in the variable items of persons have significant difference for the sleeping quality and the other person variables have no significant difference. The quality of working-life and sleeping exits a negative correlation. Key word: Working-life and sleeping. , The three shifts.
