Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 95 === ABSTRACT Death due to femoral fracture because of osteoporosis in Taiwan is the tweleveth cause of senile mortality. One of nine senile people older than sixty five had osteoporosis in Taiwan. In the future aged society, the complications of osteoporosis will more serious and complex. Bone density screen exam has beceme more popular in hospitals; however, bone density screen exam did not improve the bone density. Increased bone density screen exam will consume the health economics if lifestyle behavior and risk factors correction was not performed. Our study investigates the factors influence the bone density and analyze by decision tree. We collect 1105 health exam data of one medical center in middle Taiwan from 2006 January to 2006 October. Age, Hight , body weight, BMI, HbA1C, Alk-P , LDL-chol , Triglyceride , Sex, HCT , D-Bilirubin , Ferritin , r-GT, Hemoglobin , serum albumin may be the factors influence the peak bone mass and bone loss. Osteoporosis will be reduced if we notice these factors and correct. Furthermore, the results also found two factors, HbA1C and Alk-P, are highly associated with osteoporosis, a finding that has not been discussed in the past.
