In order to guarantee the green products to assure competitiveness on the market, enterprises have already begun paying attention to being obtained from customer''s demand during the procedure of design green products, and it will offer to the group through the collection and analysis of information. Through the application of QFD, it can transform customer''s demand into the demand of designing.However, how to dealing with ambiguity in natural language of customers, and fully use the information made from customer''s end, it will be very helpful to development of the green products. Therefore, this paper considers mainly the first stage (product planning) of QFD. With (House of Quality, HOQ) matrix to help designers to find out the relation between the design’s demands and customer''s demand, and use fuzzy sets to represent the relation in the matrix.Then, ranking the fuzzy of design attributes. In addition, consider customer''s satisfaction, cost and green design for the goal, a method is proposed in this paper using fuzzy goal programming with imprecise goal hierarchy where goal importance levels are imprecisely defined and represented by fuzzy relations.It provides a flexible decision making tool to calculate the achievement degree of each goal and the fulfillment level of engineering design requirement under according with different requirements.
