Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 95 === The target of this study is minimizing the cost. The total system cost contains the warehouse and retailer cost. To establish the two-echelon inventory model with the restriction of one single warehouse, many retailers, and the permit of the partial backorder for the retailers. And then I use Genetic Algorithms and Matlab to solve the best solutions of the model. At the final section, I use the examples to explain the process of solving. I also use sensitivity analysis to discuss the effect of the variation of the parameters on the total system cost and the reorder points. According to the result of sensitivity analysis, the increase of the backorder rate can reduce the total cost. We should reduce the warehouse and retailers reorder points when the holding cost increases. We should increase the warehouse and retailers reorder points when the shortage cost increases.
