The other purpose was to establish the model reducing burnout of people-environment interaction. It could provide administrators in other industry with comparison and application. The variables in people dispositions included “Big Five” personality. The variables in characteristics of environment include the forms of organization, the type of job, and leadership. Finally, we used the sociotechnique system to explain the relationship among people dispositions, characteristics of environment, and burnout in military hospital. The result appeared that personality did impact burnout, and among the relationship, environment, as a moderate factor, played an important role. Therefore, the poiont sociotechnique system worked under the relationship proved. In this research revealed three kinds of moderater models contributed by managements in similar industry. Three kinds of models as follow: 1.Innovation played a moderate role between conscientiousness and burnout. 2.Innovation played a moderate role between neuroticism and burnout. 3.Detail played a moderate role between neurotisism and burnout. none 鄭博文 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 113 zh-TW
