Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 95 === Diabetes is one of common chronic disease in Taiwan, and its prevalence has been increasing over the years. Medicine plays an important role in cure and most diabetes patients have other complications. Therefore the probability of the use of medicine interactive problems and drug-related problems are very high. It is hoped that diabetes patients can have more knowledge of drug-related problems and prevent from drug-related problems.
The main purpose of this study is : pharmacists take some related and health education, then access the effect of health education by questionnaire and probe into diabetes patients’ the behavior and cognition of medicine.
The result shows that: (1) After related health education from pharmacists, correction percentages of diabetes patients’ cognition and behavior of medicine have grew up. (2) In medicine cognition, low score items are needed to enhanced to promote. (3) Relative between ages and medicine cognition is negative relative, it is, the higher age, the weaker of medicine cognition; related between degree of education and medicine cognition is positive relative, it is, the higher degree of education, the stronger medicine cognition.
