Summary: | 碩士 === 環球技術學院 === 中小企業經營策略管理研究所 === 95 === The government of Taiwan noticed the conflict and competition of cheap labor force in China and Southeast Asia affecting Taiwan’s traditional industries. Taiwan’s government put the Culture Creative Industry into “Challenge 2008: The main Country Development Planning” in 2002. It’s the first time putting the Culture Creative Industry development plan into the country strategy. It including invest lots of budget of putting five creative culture campus as Culture Creative Industry’s platform. However, the Culture Creative Industry can develop by setting the Campus and help local industry or not? Creative Campus seems can’t go deep into the Traditional Culture Creative Industries everywhere in Taiwan on short time. The effect take times and will be proved by experts. The Pu-Li lacquerware Industry has good tradition and it’s the unique local industry. How can it develop move by culture industry is this research’s point.
This research started with discussing internal and overseas documents. Making sure the evaluate standards item and the proposal choice type and then built the framework of the research. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and through the expert questionnaire to know how experts exclude the importance of evaluate standard when choosing running way and industry, provide some reference for government when they are going to make related work’s decision.
Research’s result:
1.Running selection: when experts are choosing running way, the major evaluate standard’s order is brand increasing ability, law consulting ability, manage ability, the familiar of culture industry and local special, advertisement marketing ability, and prepare fund ability. About the running type, experts will take the business running by local people, art organization, and the government guidance business.
2.Develop Choosing Industry : when experts are choosing industry leading way, the major evaluate standard’s order is provide local employment opportunity, the degree of attract tourist, match the local feature, improve local development, increase life or culture quality, having the potential of marketing development, match the plan of local development, match location’s development plan. The expert put the creative live industry, craft industry, and advertisement design creative industry in front of the industry leading strategy.
