Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 95 === The purpose of this study is to develop a Photomultiplier Tube(PMT) counting module and apply to ATP Bioluminescence Technique in the future. The PMT is a high sensitivity photoelectric sensor, and the aim is to convert photons into electrons. In this paper, The Hamamatsu Company’s H5773 PMT was be used. The PMT’s output could be converted into a TTL level signal by the Charge Pulse Conditioner Circuit we designed. The output signal’s frequency is about several MHz. For counting the high frequency signal, we use fast speed CPLD and integrate all of the logical circuit into it. The performance of CPLD not only good at speed, but noise suppression. we also use the 8051 microcontroller to transmit the command and counting value to PC by RS-232.Eventually,we hope for further research in Bioluminescence equipment will be developed.
