Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 95 === The dentists always desire to finish the processes for tooth restorations as quickly as possible for the sake of the market need. Because the processes for tooth restorations put emphasis upon efficiency and accuracy, the techni- que of false tooth design/fabrication becomes so far a tendency towards dig- ital dentistry instead of traditional dental cast. It is not mecessary for compl ete tooth geometry model during tooth restorations. According to clinical of dentists, it only needs crucial contact surfaces and margins betewwn gum and denture. In this research, non-contact optical stereos vision measurement is applie d to reconstruct the key of contact surface and margin that tooth restorations need. The mechanism that constructs the mapping relation between a 3-D co- ordinate in real space and a 2-D coordinate in corresponded image was built by neural network, and the measure space of it was set 15×15×28 mm.As suggested denture mold articles, the error margin should be within 0.025mm 3 ~0.05mm. In this research, the data from measuring stardard objects was me- asured with the system to have accuracy of 0.045mm, which satisfies the requirement of practical applicatioms.
