碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 95 === This study analyzes and explores the design parameters of impeller in 10 horse-power Centrfugal Jet Scrubbing Pump. On the basis of the limited current of original motor, the conclusive target of research is on purpose of maximum Sprinkler Pressure through the operation of carborundum-water sparkler system. Adopting Taguchi method analyzes 8 main design parameters of impeller in Jet Scrubbing Pump is essential foundation for carrying out the optimum experiment and research. In the end of experiment, we found the best parameters and had approved the performance of Sprinkler Pressure with 17.2% enhancement in evidence.
