The purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Identify the indicators of product innovation and process innovation; 2. Identify the impact of product innovation and process innovation on competitive advantage through literature review; 3. Empirical test the impact of product innovation and process innovation on competitive advantage; 4. Provide suggestions for manufacturing firms based on the research results. Empirical data were analyzed by using the SPSS version 10.0 software and AMOS 3.6, respectively. The research results are as follows: Two hypothesis are all supported, ie., product innovation has a positive impact on competitive advantage and process innovation has a positive impact on competitive advantage.
