Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 化學工程學系(所) === 95 === ABSTRACT Part 1 This study firstly used AgNO3 and 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone(VP) to monomer cheated VP-Ag+ complex, them ultraviolet irradiation was used to let CN group in 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone(VP) donored an electron for silver ion. That makes silverion to reduce a silver nanosize particles and the mean silver particle size is below 66.4 nm. The different concentration ratio of silver nanoparticles were added into N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) system to prepare a series of nanocomposite hydrogels. The influence of the content of silver nanoparticles on the equilibrium swelling ratio, mechanical property, crosslinking reaction rate, antibacterial be havior and was investigated in this study. Results showed that the swelling ratio and crosslinking reaction rate for the present composite gels increase with the increase of incorporation of silver nanoparticle into the N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) hydrogels, but crosslinking density and shear modulus (G) do not increase with an increase of the content of silver Nanoparticles. Finally, bacterial inactivation effect and crosslinking reaction rate of NIPAAm/silver nanocomposite gels increased with an increase silver nanoparticles concentration. PART 2 The objective of the study is to explain the effect of the different concentration ratio of silver nanoparticles added into gelatin on the various properties of the gelatin hydrogel. Hence, a series of silver nanocomposite hydrogels were prepared. The hybrid hydrogels were further crosslinked with chemical crosslinking agent such as glutaraldehyte (GA) to form very strong structure. The influence of the content of silver nanocomposite into hydrogels on the equilibrium swelling ratio, mechanical properties, inhibition bacterial and different temperature swelling ratio was investigated in this study
