Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士班 === 95 === The purpose of this research is to explore the satisfaction of Taipei elementary school teachers toward social education institution. Through archive exploration, induction and comparison, 4 criteria are created to measure the satisfaction of social education institution: “Attitude and Quality of Service,” “Activity and Function of Education,” “Facility and Management of Environment,” and “Branding and Image of Organization.” The research is based on questionnaire sampling. 151 public and private elementary schools in Taipei are the population. 40 of them are chosen through stratified sampling. 578 people from those 40 schools are chosen through simple random sampling and surveyed through questionnaire. The interview guideline is made from the analyzed survey result. Elementary school masters and teacher representatives are chosen through purposive sampling and interviewed. The followings are this research finding: 1. Taipei elementary school teachers have a medium high level of satisfaction toward social education institution, and the satisfaction level toward “Branding and Image of Organization” is comparatively higher. 2. There is no significant difference of satisfaction level toward “Attitude and Quality of Service” between elementary school teachers visiting different social education institution or of different sex. 3.There is a significant difference of satisfaction level toward social education institution between teachers of different ages: a.Teachers in the group of 36-45 years old have higher satisfaction level toward “Attitude and Quality of Service” than those in the group of less than 30 years old. b.Teachers in the group of 46-50 years old have higher satisfaction level toward “Facility and Management of Environment” than those in the group of less than 30 years old. 4. There is a significant difference of satisfaction level toward “Activity and Function of Education” of Taipei elementary school teachers with different seniority. Teaches with 8-16 years of seniority has higher level of satisfaction toward “Activity and Function of Education” than those with seniority of 4-17 years. And those with seniority more than 25 years of seniority has higher level of satisfaction toward “Activity and Function of Education” than those with seniority of less than 3 years and those with seniority of 4-17 years. 5. There is a significant difference of satisfaction level toward“Activity and Function of Education” of teachers from different size of elementary schools. Teachers from school with less than 12 classes have higher level of satisfaction toward “Activity and Function of Education” than those from schools with 37-71 classes or those from schools with more than 72 classes. 6. There is no significant difference of satisfaction level toward “Facility and Management of Environment” for Taipei elementary school teachers arrying different position.
