Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 95 === The study aims to construct a list of evaluation indicators for the elementary learning school with program theory model. Data were collected, analyzed and enquired by Fuzzy Delphi to achieve the aim. Firstly, literature of the five elements of learning school was reviewed, followed by the introduction of the new one- program theory model, which is then used to develop the draft and intension of the evaluation indicators for the elementary learning school. The Fuzzy Delphi questionnaire is then designed to initiate the survey of the indicators that would evaluate the elementary school learning. Finally, conclusions are drawn from the sifted triangular fuzzy number, and the indicators are established respectively.
The following conclusions were summarized after literature reviewing, analyzing and discussing the data collected by the questionnaire:
After sifting, the number of indicators for the five elements of learning school amounts to 30.
1. The number of indicators for ‘system thinking’ amounts to 8, accounts for 26.7% of the whole .
2. The number of indicators for ‘building shared vision’ amounts to 7, accounts for 23.3% of the whole .
3. The number of indicators for ‘team learning’ amounts to 6, accounts for 20% of the whole .
4. The number of indicators for ‘improving mental model’ amounts to 5, accounts for 16.7% of the whole .
5. The number of indicators for ‘personal mastery’ amounts to 4, accounts for 13.3% of the whole .
Finally, suggestions are made to administration institutions and elementary schools to facilitate the establishment of the learning school, and also to serve as reference for further studies.
