Furthermore, the correlation between learning satisfaction and learning effects has also been investigated to be the theory basis of further study. After investigating references, designing research frame, editing inquiry tools, issuing and retrieving questionnaires among 791 elementary school students in Neihu District of Taipei city. Furthermore, by using multi statistic methods and procedures such as Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Integration Difference Correlation. The results of research could be induced, and hopefully can be provided as valuable reference for educational administrations, schools, research institutes and related organizations. The major results of research were found as follows: 1. The average score of learning satisfaction for whole students is 3.68, which could be rated as higher than mean scores; the average scores of learning satisfaction for students rated from high to low in sequence are as follows: teaching of teachers, interpersonal interaction, facilities and equipments, field and time. 2. There is outstanding divergence on scales of learning satisfaction for both background variables of grades and different teachers; there is no outstanding divergence on variables such as sexes, different swimming levels, schools (attribution). 4. There is outstanding divergence on scale of learning effects for students with background variables such as sexes, grades and different swimming levels; there is no outstanding divergence on variables such as different swimming teachers, schools (attribution). 5. There is outstanding positive correlation between learning satisfaction and learning effects.
