Among them teachers play the largest part in numbers. Therefore, they have the deepest influences on the result of the educational work.
In 1993, the curriculum standard has been announced. Since then, “ Teacher Autonomy ” has been advocated. While “ Grade 1-9 Curriculum ” was on the road, a teacher’s role has been extended to a curriculum researcher . “ A teacher is not only a planet which orbit on its own route. He or she needs to face more problems on education and instructions and proactively to create his of her own new ways in teaching. “(Lu, Zhen-Ji, 2004)However, the adjustments and revolutions in teaching need certain conditions and policies to achieve. Otherwise, it is hard to accomplish and no real influence.
Shumsky (1958) said, “Based on the assumption that the involvement of teachers in a scientific study of an on-the-job problem is a promising approach to in-service education. ” This study is researching on the primary role of a teacher. It focuses on a teacher’s experience and his or her behaviors. Conclusions might give the ways on teacher’s further improvements in job.The findings in this study is as following:

For elementary teachers, the integration of information technology teaching method is one of many teaching methods. It is equally important with other teaching methods.
At the beginning of action research and there after, teachers apply information technologies frequently. However, the level of technologies utilized is in the lower side.
The teachers’ perspectives on the integration of information technology into teaching activities remain the same. However, teachers increase their confidences and frequency in utilizing this method.
The main consideration for teachers to use information technologies is that the match between digital materials and curriculum. The quality of software and hardware is the next considerations. The main causes for teachers’ pressure in time management and work are “meeting course deliver schedule” and ”managing classroom”.
