The Han Fei Zi initiates to respect monarch , and takes severe law as main means to strengthen the power and influence of monarch , then it supports the base of theories to totalitarian monarch in China . To explain the Legalism theories , the Han Fei Zi uses lots of fables to allegorize and argufy . The subject matters of the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables are most came from history records, folk tales, and his own creations .There are two types fables in the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables , they are historical fables and social fables , and social fables include living fables , fairy fables , and animal fables . To allure readers and to let readers believe , the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables uses most of historical events , and manufactures artistically to become literature , for example , we can see the famous Confucius in these fables . Some articles of the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables , have novelistic characteristics which make novelistic models to afterworld . The Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables likes to use some specific rhetoric , such as hyperbole , metonymy , polyptoton and climax . these rhetorics make articles affluently , actively , rhythmically , and improve the imposion and conviction . The Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables although is establised for publicizing Legalism thought, but, each story contains lots of meanings,what they obtained are depends on their own times and status.In the same one story, different readers obtain experient by their own cognition and mental condition, then use their own explaination and exercise. Now , the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables are quoted and dramatized in many articles and novels . Some fables become idioms for now .Definitely , the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables spread extensively , and influence profoundly . The Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables contains many stories with great quality and full of philosophic theory. Most of them turned to become idioms literary reference we're using now.They are unawares keeping rather many cultures of Zhan-Guo-Dynasty, those can be a history substantial evidence,Moreover, These stories’ space are short, describing fluently and read easily, are very suitable for child to read,Further, the stories contain lots of meanings, each one can have some kinds of explaination.Thus, this article researcher considers the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables provides the teaching application of language, morals, law and order, art, management...etc. The Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables are concise and pithy, also its rhetoric is very dainty. Besides, these stories have concinnity and compacted design for the layout. that can apply on the language related teaching, to be materials about conversations, readings, compositions of teaching. Many living experience and history precept of the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables can apply to teach developing moral and living guidance, to be the theories and the teaching materials of sermon. The Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables is filled with lots cases of the Legalism though as its departure point, can apply to teach democracy and law and order,to be the theories and teaching materials of law and order comparision and analysis. Most of the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables are related about history, can apply to teaching about history as an evidence of history event. Some other stories about music , art, carving in the Han-Fei-Zi’s Fables, can apply to art and humanity as an additional teaching materials. Key Terms：Han Fei Zi, Fable, teaching
