Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 95 === This research was planned by the writer in order to improving the daily representation students in our class. After discussing with our coworkers in the preschool, we chose 5 picture books through our courses to strengthen children ‘s values of responsibility. The 5 picture books were: 《The Story of The Zhus》、《Wake up!Emperor》、《Crocodile and Dentist》、《Ah-li Can Wear His Pants by Himself!》and 《Miss Rumphius》.
The research had been proceeded for 3 months,the writer chose the topic :”develop children’s responsibility” as the core value. Except put the picture books into our courses, she pushed a canvass about responsibility of children knew from beginning to end. At the beginning, she found that most of the students in her class used to wake up late. According to the curve, they learned how to get up early、 make bed、brush their teeth、carry their book bags and cutlery by themselves, they even could take care of their younger brothers and sisters and do environmental protection. They could do what they should do, make them as good habits and turn them into the students’ responsibilities and representations.
Also, she discovered that: after guiding, the students could not only share the cleaning works at school, but when they came to school with their jackets, they could hang their jackets properly. And they didn’t mess up when they get up afternoons any more. Because they knew that to keep all things in the classroom was every user’s responsibility. In order to protecting the environment, they did recycling before threw the trash.
According the responses of the responsibility-account books from the parents and articles she shared, she knew that the parents identified herself with the importation of responsibility, and the parents also agreed with her point of view. They also feel satisfied with children’s behavior.
The writer had discovered that:by using the picture books through the courses could make students interest in the courses、develop their good habits without preach to them and carry out good habits daily. But, the developing of responsibility didn’t depend on the school education,the family education、daily education were more important. The students would teach their brothers、sisters and classmates about these good behavior about responsibility.
According to the research, the writer addressed to preschool teachers、parents and every one about education that all of them should pay more attention to the importance of responsibility.
