Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 體育研究所 === 95 === This research aimed to investigate the influences of life adjutment as a result of the application of morning physical active program.The targeted research subjects were 120students from four classes of grade six in an elementary school in Taipei. Two class(30 boys,30girls) was the experimental group, and the other two(30 boys,30girls) was the controlled group.The students in the experimental group underwent 10 weeks of morning physical active program, three lessons each week, each lesson was comprised of 35 minutes. The controlled group underwent usual teaching program, there were no other experimental elements involved.The research tools were employed from “Life Adjutment Inventory for Elementary School Students”.The pre test and post test were carried out; The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent) and t-test(paired) . The results of this study were as follows: 1. The experimental group were higher on life adjutment than The controlled group in individual adjustment, school adjustment, peer adjutment. 2. The experimental group and the controlled group showed no significantly positive effect in the family adjutment. 3. There was no difference between boys and girls in life adjutment.
