The reason is on the changing environment which is resulted in the organization''s pursuing of capability and efficiency of the "Knowledge Creation" and "Knowledge Application", and which overrides the organization''s quest for the lands and capital, those traditional manufacturing factors. Therefore, in an era of Knowledge Management (KM), we believe that organizations could churn out abundant visible assets by efficiently mastering and using the invisible assets (knowledge). This study will focus on the "Knowledge Management" and apply to the empirical procedures of the service sector.
