Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 95 === Carbon fiber (CF)as the conductive material, stainless steel fiber(SSF) and Mn-Zn ferrite(MZF) as the permeability materials were used in this study and mixed them with polymerized tile gripper (PTG) to fabricate electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) adhesive and mortared paste mortaring layer of the regular thickness 2mm. Furthermore, the effects of changing the combination of the conductive materials and permeability material categories, loading, and match position, to measure the surface resistivity (SR), EMSE and adhesive strength of the polymerized tile gripper in building were investigated.
Experimental results indicated that the surface resistivity of SSF/PTG, MZF/PTG mortaring layers can be reached around 107 ~109Ω/□ and the CF/PTG mortaring layer will attain to 5.03 × 100Ω/□. On the other hand, the EMSE of the conductive mortaring layer is more superior to permeability mortaring layer. EMSE could reach 20 to 55dB in one plate (the thickness is 2mm) and the incident frequency from 144MHz to 3GHz with the added amount of 3.5wt% carbon fibers(the length is 2~3mm). Then, two mortaring layers (the thickness is 4mm) and three mortaring layers (the thickness is 6mm) with changing the combination of the conductive and polymerized materials categories, loading, and match position could reach 35 to 68dB of EMSE and 35 to 75dB respectively. The EMSE will be increased evidently from 144MHz to 450MHz of frequency when changing the combination of the conductive and polymerized materials categories, loading, and match position could reach 35 to 75dB . In mechanical property testing, the bonding strength of polymerized tile gripper will be decreased by increasing the added amount. The added of carbon fiber, stainless steel fiber and Mn-Zn ferrite will be decreasing 25~55%, 5~50% and 39~70% bonding strength. The adhesive materials can be mortared on wallboard, in order to shielding electromagnetic wave from the home appliance or cellular phone base stations.
