However, WPU/BC composite films with the healthy related functions were fabricated by the automatic coater and oven curing. The objective of the work is to fabricate having absorption properties and an ability to keep warmth healthy care related coated materials. Furthermore, effects on the absorption property, temperature difference and thermal properties of WPU/BC composite films with the different loading bamboo charcoal and thickness of the films. It has been found that temperature difference of WPU/BC composite films increased with increasing the quantity of BC powder filled, and the thickness of films that means the excellent keep warm ability would be obtained. Otherwise, the absorption properties would be tested by the photometer. The concentration of the methylene blue would be decreased with increasing the quantity of BC powder filled, and the thickness of the composite films that means the absorption rate will be increased.Therefore, the idol absorption effect would be obtained. The WPU/BC composite films temperature difference is 21.47℃ at loading 40wt% with 118μm±5μm thickness when surrounding temperature in 20℃ and after heating 10 mins. In thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), WPU/BC composite films content from 10wt% to 40wt% initial decomposition temperature will increase from 325.56℃ to 327.19℃.
