We have also been explored how to make it be liquefied in a uniform phase, then that can be applied easily as a new additive for epoxy resin. (2)The inflence of novel metal carboxylate additive on the epoxy plastic production. New synthesized additive M(OOC-R)3 was added in several different amounts with curing agent. Then, the serious complex liquids were added into the epoxy plastic resin, and were prepared in sheet ca. 0.3 cm thick. Furthermore, their physical properties of epoxy with various amounts of additive have been examined by several experiments. Before each epoxy samples was curried, their viscosity of solutions were examined and compared. Furthermore, in order to deeply expore the influence of the new additive on the properties of epoxy. We have further examined several properties of final curried epoxy sheets. The novel benefits of M(OOC-R)3 as an additive for properties of epoxy have been studied, including the heat stability, electric insulation, thermogravic weight loss analysis (TGA), mechanical strength, and the properties of anti-aging(UV). 曾添文 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW |
