Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 95 === This paper emphasizes the production-distribution planning problem in multi-echelon supply chain system with multiple products. In this system, an unbalanced situation, which has product loss within production process, is considered and call it unbalanced production system. We will consider cost, capacity, etc. to perform the partner selection and production planning in this system. We also consider the quantity discount in the selection and planning decisions. Because this supply chain with the characteristics of unbalance and quantity discount, that will make this production-distribution planning became more complex. So, this research focus on developing a mathematical model for multi-product multi-echelon supply chain design, and we try to solving this complex model by employing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Based on the PSO methodology, the decision maker can obtain the production-distribution strategy with the quality partners and appropriate shipping quantities on the basis of fulfilling customer demand.
