Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 95 === The success of corporate operations lies in good business process which is the key competitive edge of an enterprise. The foundation to attain the competitive edge is to have better efficiency, quality, innovation, and customer feedback, and, in the end, an enterprise must have unique production power with low cost or differentiation.
By using literature data, collection of secondary data and industry analysis relating to industry operation and targeting the prime example, the baking industry, as the case study object, this study explores the management construction process and further analyzes its competitive edge.
The results show that, except for some respective individual cases of competitive edge, the competition edge perceived by the respondents are almost the same. The following are major common types of competitive edge in the business operation process:
1. Order taking process: Informational, measurement
2. R&D process:Specialization, ownership, demand, and measurement.
3. Production process: Specialization, ownership, action to improve, competitive edge
4. Purchasing process:Specialization, standardization, competition edge
5. After-sale service process:Action to improve
6. Others:International accreditation, process management concept.
