Therefore, how to obtain the useful information from the consumers’ database to find out the their demand becomes the most important target of the financial institutions. The main task of the Mining Sequential Patterns is to analyze the transaction database of a company in order to find out the priorities of the items that most customers take when consuming. So we can use the rule we found to analyze the model of customers’ consuming behavior and to help decision makers to make a further profitable decision. This study integrates theoretical and practical methods and develops structure of sequential pattern mining. We discuss the use of data warehouse and data mining. We analyse business behavior of customer for customer relationship management. We use data to analyse the character of the customers for customer relationship management.
