For continuously develop the competition advantage, government of Taiwan established the Free Trade Zone in accordance with the national development plan ” challenge 2008 – Council For Economic Planning and Development.” Whether the Free Trade Zone could make the further efficiency in enterprise operation and logistic management, which becomes a deeply concerned subject in recent years. The government strategies and the efficient communication between government and enterprises will be the key point of the success in Free Trade Zone’s development. This study try to analyze the superiority of the Free Trade Zone. By interview with the cases of memory module manufactory, to analyze the logistic operation model of the enterprises which under the Free Trade Zone’s special decrees and environment. Meanwhile, will provide the practical suggestions for logistic management and supply chain’s application. And through the analysis and discussion on the cases, to offer the proposal for the administration of the Free Trade Zone in management and plan.
