Traditional on-job training program has the limitation on space and tutors. Through the development of E-learning, the enterprise can provide more flexible training programs. The proposed system recognizes the status of employee with relevant work content and combines the knowledge management system to present customized learning materials for the employee based on ongoing project requirements. This system shortens the learning path of employees under specific learning requirement and matches appropriate curriculum provided by the E-learning course database. Therefore,adaptive learning can be accomplished to assist employees of the enterprise in executing routine operation, management and projects.
