These enterprises must do the policy with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the enterprise to externally improve customers’ satisfaction and the enterprise to offer to internally allocate the resources, respectively. In past years, the enterprises began focusing on the cooperation among the enterprises, but the differential systems causes the message delivery interrupted. The related enterprise is unable to handle real-time management information of other the vertically related enterprises. It could not to provide the track service of the products for outside customers or enterprises. This is a hierarchical workflow, the basic user would not know the progress about the service done, and the progress could be delayed when the overwhelming tasks must be processed. The information of enterprises needed to be mutually transmitted by integrating systems among enterprises. Since the cost of system integration programs is too high, the enterprises could not implement the system integrating programs due to no money to pay. Therefore, we propose a platform for delivering the information simply with the low cost. This research focuses on how to transmit the information among the multi-channels. We offers one RSS feed management platform to publish RSS feed and write into RSS feed and subscribe the RSS feed in order to set up a combined service mechanism. We integrate each enterprise’s system through the web services to provide each user write information into the RSS feed. The customers or outside enterprises that only need subscribe RSS feed for receiving information. By using RSS technology, there would not be problem of commercial emails, the subscriber can manage the information that the service provider offers just in time. The Web Services supports component-based technology to the business system; it will get low cost and information transmitted in time.
