The sample number of the research was completed by 108/110. All data was analyzed using SPSS computer program for statistical analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The different individual variables to job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance come out a partly significant discrepancy. 2. Job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance of the health care workers reveal outstanding positive relation. 3. The vacation variable for health care workers has impact on the job involvement and job satisfaction.
