Summary: | 碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 環境管理研究所 === 95 === Exercise always accompanied fatigue. Nowadays many occupational calamities were found to be related to fatigue. Therefore, this research was designed to reduce the degree of fatigue by using nutritional food in order to reduce occupational calamities and improve work efficiency. This research was first conducted by using questionnaires to investigate the content and comsumption rate of anti-fatigue beverage. Then, the rats was fed with feeding the rats with antifatigue beverage-taurine and thioctamide. Finally, swimming endurance exercise was performed and the blood glucose, blood lactate, blood urea nitrogen and glycogen concentration before and after exercises were measured in order to investigate the degree of fatigue reduction after exercise. Fifty-six male adult SD rats of 10 weeks of age were studied by dividing them into seven groups (8 for each group). Except for the control group the other six groups were divided into 0.5,1,5 fold taurine and thioctamide treatments. After 21 days of supplementation, The result showed that the experimental groups exhibited longer exercise time and higher blood sugar concentration than that of the control group. Moreover, blood urea nitrogen of the experimental groups was also found to be significantly lower than that of the control group. Besides, the result suggested that the taurine/thioctamide supplementation could reduce the fatigue and improve the physiological condition of the rats.
