This research find out the developed trend of the folding electric bicycle at present according to the information which is collected from relative academic periodical, the thesis and the patent communique. The folding electric bicycle are classified and analyzed according to their drive way, folding mechanism and folding direction. Therefore, the goal of this research is design a product which can be operated simply, comfortable and small folding volume. Then identify its designs requires with constrains, and through systematic procedure of creative mechanism design, find out the kinematics chain of folding mechanism suitable for this research institute needs. Then via auxiliary design software of the computer Solid works found 3D model of folding electric bicycle. After above steps, via auxiliary analysis software of the computer MSC.Visual Nastran 4D executes motion simulation of folding electric bicycle. Motion simulation include to identify folding motion whether interfere the situation and structure analysis. By takes the following product manufacture reference.
