碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 95 === In this article, we proposed a mixed level VOIP system to access to the internet by using Wimax to be an accessing medium and it couldn’t be constrained by distance (the distance between Wi-Fi stations are short), By using our system, it has quite good transmission rate while in high speed moving (The transmission rate for high speed of 3G is 384Kbps). It also ensures that people could communicate by phone in any situations and possess the functionalities of active video’s receiving and transmitting. In addition, through ZigBee communication, the users can separate the capture and play of voice and video and they can switch the image to any kinds of video player with ZigBee receptor such as TV or Monitor. The received image from ZigBee could be magnified to an appropriate size. The users get an incoming call while using the computers so that, the users could view the call by switching monitor through capturing image by function of image capturing.
