The considered operating bands include the WLAN band and WiMAX band. In this paper, we proposed the design methods for the band-reject function; several antenna designs capable of single-band rejected and dual-band rejected are also detailed investigated. The proposed antennas are suitable for the antenna using band-rejected method to suppress dispensable frequency-band to design multi-band antennas for WLAN/WiMAX operation.
