Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 技職教育與人力資源發展研究所 === 95 === This study aimed at exploring the influencing factors and the differences of the personal background, personal factors, family factors, school factors and social factors in terms of the willingness for further study among higher education of students studied in rotary cooperative education program of industrial vocational high school. A questionnaire was administered to students ( 551 in total ) studied in the rotary cooperative education program from 11 industrial vocational high schools. The data was analyzed by percentage, point-biserial correlation and chi-square test. The results are as follows: 1. Students studied in rotary cooperative education program of industrial vocational high school are ones with a high level of willingness to further study . 2. The willingness for further study is significantly related to the personal factors, school factors and social factors. 3.There are significant differences in the willingness for further study, among different scholastic subjects scores. There isn’t significant differences in the willingness for further study in terms of different family incomes, parents’ education levels and parents’ occupations.
