| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to explore sexuality in chronic schizophrenia. This study invite five patients of partial open ward and four patients of enclosed ward to share their experiences , feeling, coping process and specialist's role under the impression medical environment. The method of the study is qualitative research by in-depth interview , nursing report and participant observation method .The analytic tool is the power theory of Michel Foucault .
The results of this research show that the sexual issues of the partial open ward with chronic schizophrenia included: hope to make a boy or girl friend, expect to marry, the marital relations of change, the deficiently satisfies of sexual desire , the experience of masturbation, reproduction and responsibility , sexually transmitted diseases . The sexual issues of the enclosed ward included: enter the opposite sex room, kiss and hug opposite sex, rival violence, sexual harassment. The commonly utilized coping ways included : inappropriate behavior continually to occur , accept and compromise medical rules .Medical rules make patient tame body. Specialist play the role in patient sexual issues owing to lack of sex knowledge and consultant skill , personal sex point conservative so rarely offer appropriateness.
