碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 95 === Abstract In order to investigate the relationship between the “sex role stereotypes” and“attitude to homosexuality”of the elementary school teachers. We proceeded to depend on amination sampling the questionnaire to 547 elementary school teachers in kaohsiung county and city to understand the“sex role stereotypes”is closely related to“attitude to homosexuality”. We have the following results after the questionnaire. 1. The elementary school teachers do not have sex role stereotypes, but they have lower sex role stereotypes. 2. There are different sex role stereotypes among the elementary school teachers by gender, age, task，but just in gender and age are obvious. 3. There are obviously different attitude to homosexuality among the elementary school teachers by genders. 4. The “sex role stereotypes” is closely related to “attitude to homosexuality”in every aspects of the elementary school teachers.
