Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 電腦與通訊研究所 === 95 === This thesis is to apply the differential evolution algorithm to the coefficient estimation of digital filters. The estimated filter coefficients are first represented as a set of parameter vector, and then these vectors undergo mutation, crossover, and selection operations of the differential evolution in order to obtain better offspring. The advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is that it completely uses the real-valued computations during evolutionary processes. We finally apply the proposed differential evolution algorithm to the coefficient estimations of various digital filters, including linear infinite impulse response filter and nonlinear rational digital filter. Simulation results are given to verify the validation of the proposed method.
