碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 95 === After the “Doi Moi” reform policy in 1986, Vietnam determined the development of state economy, and was more active to invite the foreign capital inflow. In recent years, the growth rate of GDP in Vietnam is increase, and become members of ASEAN and WTO. Vietnam is considered have the most potential. This thesis with the perspective of national competitiveness that is find out the indicator on global competitiveness report by IMD and WEF, to understand how Taiwaness enterprises become the no.1 which foreign capital origin in Vietnam and what the strength、weakness、opportunity and threat by qualitative research method. This thesis concludes: The Taiwaness enterprises were respected by Vietnam government, and have well-paid on investment, rich natural resources, plentiful population and high quality of laborer are the invite factors. The infrastructure is backward, the short of technical laborer, and the strike for raising salary, are the most difficult on investment. Due to Vietnam into international organization, it will be positive to development business. But the challenge will be after Vietnam into WTO, the market will be intense competition, the energy supply is insufficient, and the problem of capability training in employees and dumping that was accused from Europe and American.
