| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 95 === Because of the development of the prosperity of the internet network, it has already influenced and changed the human life style and way of commerce gradually. The internet is a transparent network, and the information passed through it is very easy to be attacked and intercepted. In the early development of the internet, the users are seldom worried about the security of the information transmission. After the number of user is increasing sharply, everybody wants to protect their information transmitted through the network. Users expect to have a kind of safe network environment to ensure the Integrity, Confidentiality, Authentication, Non-repudiation of their information more than a high-speed network.
The using of Certificates and Public Key cryptography can offer a secure method in communicating through the internet. Disclose Public Key cryptography needs the support of what is called “Public Key Infrastructure”, PKI for short, which manages the Certificates, and assigns and manages Public Key of users. Public Key Infrastructure is widely used as an extremely good total solution by setting up the trust of communication channel of both sides. It specially is a kind of useful solution of protecting information system and service on the internet. So, a lot of countries and enterprises use PKI as a security means to offer application program service actively and effectively.
This research will carry on relevant study to three different applications separately. First of all, disclose public key cryptography infrastructure, smart card, on-line game, and relevant topic and document in order to be regarded as the theoretical foundation of case study. Then, use three cases which are military organization, hotel management, and on-line game industry as the research object. Finally, we will make some suggestion to relevant applications and conclusion to these different environments.
