Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 95 === In the area of Knowledge economy, knowledge is more important. If the employee of organizations could share their knowledge positively, there will enhance the organization’s competition advantage. How to enhance personal knowledge sharing behavior is one of the important issues of knowledge management. Organization culture is the biggest hinder of knowledge sharing. In order to share knowledge one another in organizations, building a climate of trust and safe is important, there will make employee share knowledge truly. In order to maintain the core of competition, organization must be ‘Learning anytime, Learning everyone’.
The questionnaire survey method will be adopted to collect data. The study will investigate ‘A Company’ by factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to know the relationship among organization culture, knowledge sharing behavior, and organization learning.
Through 257 valid questionnaires, we get the results as the following:
1、 There is positive relation between organization culture and knoeledge sharing behavior.
2、 There is positive relation between knoeledge sharing behavior and organization learning.
3、 There is positive relation between organization culture and organization learning.
