For this purpose, this study intercorrelates such constructs as trust, communication, commitment, information sharing, and partnership relationship on the basis of social exchange theory, and to examine the path of the impacts of software agent on partnership quality. This study found that: (1)The software agent was positively affects communication between firms. (2)Communication between firms was positively affects trust between firms. (3)Communication between firms was positively affect information sharing between firms. (4)Information sharing between firms was positively affects trust between firms. (5)Information sharing between firms was ppositively affect commitment between firms. (6)Trust between firms was positively affects ommitment between firms. (7)Commitment between firms was positively affects partner relationship between firms. This study obtains some valuable directions for the follow-up researcher and enterprise’s practice: (1)Future researcher: That can aim at the enterprise itself and trade partner to examine at the same time. (2)Enterprise’s practice: The enterprise must build the more perfect software agent system, that can save cost and manpower of inter-enterprise, and advance partner relationship between firms.
