Therefore, the scholars in abundance discuss the team interaction process as well as the team interaction influence factor and achievements from many points of view. This research mainly takes the behavior integration, this meta-construct team concept as the main body, and extends the exchange of the society to construct the theory. And to apply this IPO team operation, to discuss the manager and the subordinate exchanges relationship and transformational leadership, the team behavior integration, as well as the relationship between the Input-Process-Outcome model performance and contextual performance. This research adopts the purposive sampling method to study financial work units. Finally, this study retrieved 87 effective questionnaires (containing 554 effective personal samples), and the researcher tests the structural model by applying structural equation method (SEM). The results of this research reveal that the whole model really has the standard of GFI. At the same time, the obvious relationship of variables also supports most of this research’s hypotheses. (1)There are positive effects between team behavioral integration and team task performance;(2)There are negative effects between leader-member exchange and behavioral integration;(3)There are positive effects among the relationship of the leader-member exchange, team task performance and organizes the citizen behavior; (4) And there are partial mediating effects on task performance through the relationship of the team behavioral integration and leader-member exchange. 陳頴峰副教授、林豪傑 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 88 zh-TW
