In this paper, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is induced into a disposed electronic appliance recycling agency. Performance assessments for RFID implemented processes are conducted through simulation software. After the simulation software evaluation, a physical recycling and auditing model was constructed in order to strengthen and verify the feasibility of RFID implementation in the system. In order to consolidate an e-administration recycling and auditing system, internet data framework has been adopted to send back information from the recycling site to the information management center. And, through an instantaneous web camera monitoring device, image data of the e-waste products and their toxic substances are tracked and kept in the information center. The application of the e-administration system would provide real-time information for decision-makers to make improvements on the existing recycling and auditing management system.
