The soy ink belongs to the vegetative ink that has the environmental protection and lower harm for the human body health, may reduce to the terrestrial environment pollution. This research discussion use soy ink on CTcP to make coated paper board, coated art paper, light weight coated paper printability, and compares CTcP, CTP, CTF three kinds makes plates tone value and on the same paper printability. CTcP, CTP, and CTF makes three kinds plates to take its 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% tone value and selects best set of printing plates for to test printing plate hands-on printing, five kinds of paper respectively print 150 samples, then numbers extracts 1 according to each five is the test sample, take its solid ink density, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% tone value increase, print contrast, trapping and the color gamut, will survey the obtained data to statistics on the analysis and discuss, and will make the analysis with the overseas unit or the research to compare. This research demonstration as follows: 1. CTcP and CTP tone value change all is lower than 1.60% most to approach the original. The CTF tone value change is 1.77%∼7.27% is three kinds plate displays bad. 2.CTcP on the coated paper board, coated art paper, light weight coated paper, folds the trapping performance to be worse, value of in the other printability same the overseas. The color gamut aspect by the coated board paper biggest, the coated art paper and the light weight coated paper is smaller. 3. CTcP, CTP, CTF on same paper, folds the trapping performance to be worse, value of in the other printability same the overseas. The color gamut aspect is biggest by CTcP, CTP next, CTP slightly misses.
