Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 95 === Game industries in Taiwan have been always lacking for active training of human resources. Therefore, the focus of human resources development and execution should be put directly on the current needs of domestic industries with a view to efficiently training outstanding elites and ensuring the competition of Taiwanese game industries in the future. This research is aimed to analyze the type of human resources, professional skills and training methods of current game industries. By using the In-depth interview technique of qualitative analysis, this research draws the learning mental model of workers in game industries in order to provide the references and tactics for domestic trainers or self-learners who are willing to devoted themselves to this field. Furthermore, it also gives suggestions for helping the government in proceeding its plans of training the computer game professionals.
