Its product has entered the mature period; the profit also enters the meager profit time along with it. However the meager profit time represents the glory scenery of high growing up and high profit never again, in addition to life cycle of product compares with others to be short, made the supplies and the demand of the motherboard industry fast change. In order to achieve the best supply chain plan continues to use the Traditional Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system arithmetic logic of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, its assumption of infinite capacity is not be able to meet enterprise's demand, moreover is also unable to the customer order change to make fast response. Therefore, implement the Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system has its necessity. Under sufficient to use enterprise limited resources premise, to achieve the beneficial (provides the highest service quality by the most low cost) result of satisfy the customer order, besides the ERP system enterprise must match appropriate for the APS system. In order to cause of the ERP and the APS systems can be closed effective mutual coordination, both of them are integrated that is imperative. Therefore the enterprise must be caution for according to the industrial characteristic and the production planning characteristic to choose of the appropriate the APS system. This research divides the APS system into two kinds of mainly by the material planning and by the capacity planning, and discusses it separately with conformity construction of the ERP system. Moreover makes use of APeS(electronic Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system advanced material plan function, how to apply the APS system by the Scenario simulation to explain case company to carry on the material plan. On the one hand provides case company for planning and reference, on the other hand provides that wants to implement the APS system of the related industry to suggest as the reference, will reduce the enterprise by the time to implement system's difficulty in the future.
