The development of small and medium-sized enterprises of Taiwan is the economic lifeblood for many years. Taiwan foreign trade corporation builds up with small and medium-sized enterprises, had become the pioneer of internationalization enterprises (the white paper of small and medium-sized enterprises of the 94th year of the Republic of China, The China economic research institute). Review the economic development history of Taiwan, it is limited in scale that geographical environment combines with the domestic demand field, trade becomes the most important business activity. The global international trading environment changes fast, and as e-commerce of the internet network is developed, the information transmission is quicker and quicker, besides opening a lot of businesses opportunity, it also strike the traditional trade industry originally simple intermediary economic behaviour value too. The international trade competition fierily, especially among the cross-strait three territories of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Therefore, how traditional trading companies could skip from pure agency to a brand-new style with lasting core competence increase their additional value with the brand-new business module, manageability, consolidate and make strong position in the supply chain become presently exacting issues. Then create the maximum benefit from the whole supply chain, expand plans and management in the whole world, compete with the advantages continuously. It is an important challenge of traditional trader's follow-up development of Taiwan. To better understand the relationship between the operational model and the supply chain value of the company, this research chose the representative companies in the selected global supply chain. Then, analyzed its operational processes, discussed the strategies and the attributes of the operational processes of companies on various tiers in the supply chain. This research was relevant supply chain and value chain to the whole world, it constructs the mode to offer the industry or manufacturer to operate and plan the reference with market analysis in the future. Hope to become and provide the value of supply chain for industry and foundation of the demand research field in the future.
